Return Policy (updated 4/14/23)

REFUNDS : We do not offer refunds to original form of payment.  Below is our policy for returns for store credit and exchange.

STORE CREDITS : Eligible for non-final sale items when postmarked within 30 days of being delivered. Store credits are for merchandise only.  Any paid shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credits will be sent to your e-mail in the form of a gift card. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the gift card in your inbox.  Returns that are not postmarked within 30 day return period and/or do not meet the return policy will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that items that say "Final Sale" in the description, product title, product pages, etc. are not eligible for return.  We do NOT make price adjustments on any past or future orders. All sale items, BOGO items, and items discounted 30% or more are final sale, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

EXCHANGES : If you need to exchange an item, please return your original order and use your store gift card towards the new order.  We do not honor previous coupon codes, promos, or sale prices on exchanges.

DAMAGES OR ERRORS : Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
