Returns (updated 2/15/23)
You can return your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt in the return package.

To start a return, please email with your order number and what item you'd like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package.

Once you receive the return label, your return package must be scanned in at the post office within the 14 days of the original purchase or the return is invalid.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be prioritized.

Due to the fast moving nature of our inventory, the fastest way to ensure you get the exchange that you want is to make a separate purchase for the desired exchange item and email with both order numbers and the item you are exchanging. Exchanges are the only exception to our refund policy.

Damages or Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
